Maintaining a home takes a lot of work
Let us help keep your home in tip top shape!
Your house is the biggest investment most of us will make in our entire lives. And we all need to make sure that we take care of it. But we've all had those "I'll get to it later" moments and we end up not actually getting to it later. Many things in your home benefit greatly from preventative maintenance. Windows, drains, house appliances. Take a look below to see all the different ways we can help you maintain your investment and help to avoid costly repairs in the future.
What does the plan entail?
Seasonal and Monthly maintenance
The plan includes monthly maintenance items along with a base 30 minutes of Handyman work per month.
Along with 4 seasonal checklists completed once a year.
Monthly Maintenance
Monthly maintenance includes, changing or cleaning your furnace filter, cleaning out your dishwasher filter, and cleaning all P traps and tub/sink drains.
We also include 30 minutes of handyman work every month. This time can be used for painting, repairs, installation or almost anything else you need help with around the house.
More hours can be booked by request.
Spring Maintenance
During Spring we will focus mainly on the exterior of your home. With Winter over it's time to enjoy the outdoors again.
We will perform a comprehensive inspection of your roof, pressure wash your driveway, sidewalks and trash cans. A thorough inspection of all sealant around your sinks, tubs and showers along with cleaning your gutters.
Summer Maintenance
Summertime kids are out of school and it's time for camping, hiking and enjoying the warm weather.
While you are out enjoying the sun we will inspect and repair all your exterior sealants around your windows and doors, clean all of your vent covers throughout the house, replace your fridges water filter and clean your bathroom exhaust fan grills.
Fall Maintenance
Cooler temperatures, the leaves changing color and getting ready to spend a bit more time indoors.
Time for us to inspect all of the interior sealant around your windows and doors, touch up any exterior paint before the rain and snow and clean out your dryer vent to keep it running at peak efficiency. Lastly we will clean your gutters out and clean your microwave and cooktop filters.
Winter Maintenance
The holidays are coming along with the snow and cold. Time to get all warm and cozy in your home.
Now is the perfect time of year to test your smoke and CO2 detectors along with all your GFCI outlets. We will install your swamp cooler cover to keep it protected for next year. Clean your fridge and freezer coils and lastly flush your water heater.
